Let's Talk Rewards

January is behind us and we are more than halfway through February - anyone else feel like 2018 is flying by? By now you may be feeling overwhelmed, and maybe you've even thrown in the towel and given up on your 2018 resolutions. After all, diets can be strenuous and lifestyle changes are usually uncomfortable, and a lot of people think that we must commit to these new routines and habits rigidly, or we are failures. That simply isn't true - while it's important to stick to your goals and maintain good habits, rewarding yourself for your hard work will keep you motivated in the long haul.
