Meet Kenny Nolasco! He is the boxing coach here at Phenom and has been boxing for over 13 years. He will teach you proper technique and form, footwork and run you through plenty of drills to keep your reflexes tight and your feet light. No experience or gear necessary - Kenny will provide you with gloves and hand wraps, and he will meet you where you are regardless of fitness level.
DID YOU KNOW: Kenny is also Phenom's resident artist? He has done several lovely pieces of art for us and is also responsible for the chalk art on the PR board in the weight room. He also dabbles in stand up comedy!
